Website Plans

Does the monthly Support time roll over?

No, the support time does not roll over. The monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover. When you request for some work to be done within that time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.

What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc?

In the unlikely event that your website goes down just contact our support team immediately and we will get it back up and running in a jiffy

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan

Yes you can upgrade or downgrade to a different plan after the first year. For example if you are on the Grow Plan and after the first year you find that you do not need the additional support time or other features that you might not be using you could downgrade to the Seed Plan

What tasks are included in the dedicated support time?

Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however anything that can fit into your monthly support time is possible.

What if I need more support time?

If you have a task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will provide you with a quote for you to approve.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Can you get me to the top of searches

No one can guarantee a place at the top of organic searches, even Google cannot do this. However if your website is setup correctly and you have good content thats relevant to what people are searching for there is a good possibility of coming up high in local search results.

How long does it take to get listed in Google

Generally we will be able to get your website listed in Google within a few days of your website going live. The longer your website and domain name are online the greater the chances of achieving good search results as these are also based on domain/website age.

Domain Names

I already have a domain name, can I use it with your service?

Yes you can. To do this you will need to change the primary and secondary NameServers of your domain name and set them to ours which are:

ns3.healthhosts.com
ns4.healthhosts.com

You will normally have a control panel for managing your domain name, this will be able to be changed in there.

If you have a UK domain name then you can change the IPS TAG to our Tag which is WEBSPEED

IMPORTANT: If you want us to transfer your content over you must let us know before you change the nameservers so we can make a copy of your content.

Is it better to have a .co.uk or .com domain?

If you are only working and operating in the UK then its better to go for a .co.uk domain name, however if your business is international then a .com would be better.
