No, the support time does not roll over. The monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover. When you request for some work to be done within that time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.
In the unlikely event that your website goes down just contact our support team immediately and we will get it back up and running in a jiffy
Yes you can upgrade or downgrade to a different plan after the first year. For example if you are on the Grow Plan and after the first year you find that you do not need the additional support time or other features that you might not be using you could downgrade to the Seed Plan
Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however anything that can fit into your monthly support time is possible.
If you have a task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will provide you with a quote for you to approve.
