HealthHosts will provide the service to the customer for the period that is paid for in advance. If this is not possible a refund for the remaining period of service may be due at the discretion of Healthhosts staff. Each case will be considered individually. The decision will be final
By purchasing any of Healthhosts services, the client is deemed to be authorising Healthhosts to use credit/debit card for repeat payment where applicable, until such time as the service is cancelled.
HealthHosts reserve the right to terminate any accounts, at any time, as deemed by HealthHosts staff, where the user has made inappropriate or unreasonable use of any of the HealthHosts services.
HealthHosts take no responsibility for any information loaded to our customers accounts or servers. We do not have the time or inclination to police your data. If it is brought to our attention, by the proper authorities we will suspend service on accounts or servers, until any illegal data is removed.
HealthHosts is not responsible for any interruption of service, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss.
We reserve the right to refuse to serve the materials of any existing user making inappropriate or unreasonable use of HealthHosts services or an applicant whose planned web presence activities are deemed to have the potential of creating negative impact on HealthHosts abilities to serve its customers.
Inappropriate or unreasonable includes providing copyrighted, materials without authorization, providing obscene or offensive, materials (e.g. pornographic materials), providing materials, whose nature and/or volume compromises the ability of HealthHosts servers to serve other users’ web presence, materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet or providing materials that are deemed by the government authorities as inappropriate or illegal. Any such government determinations will be binding on the user, not HealthHosts.

When a website is found to be monopolising the resources available HealthHosts reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby HealthHosts continues hosting the website for an additional fee.
The customer will fully indemnify HealthHosts against liability (of any nature), which may befall HealthHosts as a result of the customers legal of illegal use of the services. HealthHosts do not provide refunds in cases of abuse.
HealthHosts will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. HealthHosts makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. HealthHosts disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by HealthHosts.
Domain name registrations and renewals are processed automatically however sometimes there may be connectivity issues to the registry, it is the domain name holders responsibility to check that the domain name has been renewed and if there are any issues to contact us immediately.
Any accounts that cause HealthHosts servers to be attacked in any way will be terminated without a refund.
Spamming or any type of UCE (Unsolicited commercial e-mail), is strictly prohibited, and your account may or will be closed immediately without a refund if you are found to be doing so.
The “Powered by HealthHosts” must remain intact in the footer of all client websites
All website designs and templates belong to HealthHosts and may not be used elsewhere unless the design was originally owned by the customer and imported into the HealthHosts system.
Website design revisions / alterations
All design work is based on the information we receive from the client, we do not offer free design revisions unless stated on the package.
Website Features and additional design services
All prices quoted on the website are exclusive to Healthhosts clients. These services may be available to non Healthhosts clients, – price on application.
Website cancellation requests must be made by logging in and putting in a support ticket with your request via the client area https://secure.healthhosts.com/clientarea.php We do not hold you to any contracts so you can cancel your website at anytime.
HealthHosts reserves the right to change package options and pricing at anytime and without notice.
