Sometimes when you make changes to your website in the admin area those changes may not appear immediately on your website. If this happens the reason is because the page you are viewing is cached (saved) on the web server.
In this situation you can clear the cache by hovering over the "WP Rocket" icon in your top admin tool bar and clicking on the "Clear Cache" option
